Pen annotation and adding text would be nice too, and I'd be happy for something that doesn't need to be installed via Windows Store. Foxit Reader for Windows Mobile is a reader for PDF (eBook) documents on Windows Mobile. I'm basically looking for something that's easy on the eyes, scrolls and zooms smoothly, supports features like multiple instances of the app running adjacently, rotation, and preferably advanced reading options (dark mode, reading/full screen mode, easy access to outline menu.). I've tried XODO (which already replaced Foxit for me on Andorid) and it's awesome, but being a Windows Store app, it doesn't work with my Logitech Options software (bless my beautiful MX Master 3). * Streamlined UI:A completely redesigned UI with a new look and feel makes Foxit Reader more intuitive than ever before.I've been using Foxit for around 5-6 years now, but recently I've grown a bit tired of the aged and cluttered UI, the choppy scrolling/zooming function and the fact that it doesn't play well with my second monitor (for some reason, every time I get out of reading mode or full-screen, it leaves a ghost image all over the UI, obscuring it).
